TRAUMA REGISTRAR - RN PREFERRED
SUMMARY:
Employer is a nearly 400 bed hospital in a popular community on Florida's gorgeous west coast! Facility is planning the first trauma center in the area and has provisional status for Fall/Winter 2011. Current licensure as an RN is preferred but not required. Trauma registry certification within 12 months of hire required. Three to five years trauma registry activity preferred. Starting compensation based on experience level.

CREDENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Current licensure as an RN is preferred but not required. Board Certified in Trauma. Trauma registry. Certification within 12 months of hire.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Three-five years trauma registry activity preferred; other registry database or similar data entry experience preferred.ICD-9 CM coding, AIS/ISS coding/scoring, TRISS scoring, medical terminology and/or physiology and disease process education preferred.
