ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY: TeleCommunication Systems, Inc., headquartered in Annapolis, MD PRIMARY DUTIES: * Participates and conducts Technical Training program * Determines and reviews training objectives * Produces outlines, training texts, and training programs for technical hardware * Lecture classes on various objectives and programs * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks * Interface with agency heads and other members of staff and management SKILLS REQUIRED: * 3-5 years of technical training experience * Ability to produce written training text and material * Ability to communicate training objectives thoroughly * Ability to work necessary hours to meet customer requirements (i.e. flexible) * Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: * College diploma or university degree in the field of Computer Science and/or equivalent degree desired * Excellent communication and customer service skills including strong verbal, written and listening skills * Highly self-motivated and directed. * Strong, written, oral communication skills; * Keen attention to detail; * Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities;
