Systems Engineer
Salary to $75k
System Source, a leading IT consulting and integration firm in the Baltimore-Washington area, seeks a Systems Engineer. Responsibilities include configuring, installing, maintaining, supporting, and troubleshooting multi-platform, multi-protocol LAN/WAN environments. We provide onsite and remote end-user support and network management services to corporate customers.
This position is a full-time employee position, not a contract position.
Position has broad responsibilities including reactive field support; managed services help desk, SMB client network management, and project delivery. It will have the resources to deliver support with outstanding customer satisfaction. This position is full-time, full salary and non-contract.
Requirements:
These skills and certifications are helpful:
• Configure, install, maintain, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows LAN environments.
• Windows Server expertise including installation and troubleshooting experience
• TCP/IP protocols
• Experience with network infrastructure hardware (firewalls, switches, routers)
• MCSA / MCSE / MCITP - Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator/Engineer / Information
Technology Professional
• CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate

The position reports to Director of Technical Services.
System Source is the oldest PC systems integrator in Baltimore with 80 employees. We also provide products, service, consulting, presentation systems, rentals, monitoring, web application development and ISP services.
