Systems Analyst, Supply Planning (Sports Marketing/Retail)
Our Supply Chain is looking for a talented professional to join their team as a Supply Planning Systems Analyst. The right candidate will be responsible for assisting with development and implementation of Material Resource Planning (MRP) technology solutions. This includes developing, simulating, testing, and documenting scenarios to determine optimal inventory plans that maximize service levels while accounting for capacity constraints. Ultimately, this position is going to become an expert user and administrator in the business for our supply chain strategies and solutions.

What will I do at this company?
Work with internal divisions of supply chain, sourcing, planning, and logistics teammates as well as consultants to design, develop, and implement supply chain material resource plans (MRP)
Lead supply chain process documentation and offer potential improvements based on analytical results
Report on simulations of MRP outputs and present approaches to systematically determine optimal solutions
Assist in building exception reporting and determine usability and distribution to teammates for full adoption
Provide feedback progress with implementation of solutions
Model, monitor and maintain master data on vendor, fabric mill, and transit lane capacities through network design
What does this company need from me?
3+ years of Supply Chain/Production Planning experience using Logility, SAP or other type of MRP software
Masters/Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operation Research, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Information Science
Expert understanding of MRP and supply chain concepts
Strong in SQL and other database query languages
Ability to perform root cause identification and develop resolutions
Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to independently drive issue resolution, develop business knowledge and relationships while operating in a rapidly changing business environment
