Sr Lead Technical Trainer
Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house product training programs for field support personnel and customers. Obtains information needed to prepare in-house training programs; prepares training materials; develops course content; determines methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids. Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities. May utilize trainers with technical expertise. Continuously revises lesson plans to meet new training requirements and to keep technical information up to date.
Required Education:14+ Years with HS or 10+ Years with AA or 8+ Years with BS or 6+ Years with MS or 3+ Years with PhDRequired Experience:Required Skills:-Extensive experience in the development of training documentation for SIGINT systems, and should be familiar with SIGINT system components and operations.
-Should be able to support the development of a QRC documentation and training packages to include: --System Guides and Operator Manuals
--System and component training materials --Job sheets.
- Experience in development, testing and maintenance of course materials, classroom instructions and development of computer based courseware.
- Proven experience and knowledge of basic electronics, telecommunications, and SIGINT systems.
- A minimum of 4 years experience as a trainer in the fields of: electronic systems operation, electronic equipment maintenance or software maintenance.
-Prefer a strong technical background with some LINUX experience. Recent FS Polygraph (within the last 5 years).
-The selected candidate must have extensive experience development training documentation for SIGINT systems, and should be familiar with SIGINT system components and operations.
