Software Engineer 3
The Software Engineer will code and test software based on software specifications and designs, analyze and study complex system requirements, design software tools and subsystems to support software reuse and domain software development, support using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, and other accepted design techniques. The engineer will use sound software engineering principles to ensure that developed code is modifiable efficient, reliable, understandable, and fault tolerant. The individual will also provide software process management and control throughout the coding portion of the software development process.
Basic Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or similar degree.
• Minimum (5) years in a technical role, working on software intensive projects and programs for Government or Industry customers
• Minimum (3) years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity.
• Minimum (3) years experience as a Software Engineer supporting software architecture development, requirements analysis, design, process execution and evaluation, and unit & test integration.
• Minimum (3) years experience in programming C .
• Must be skilled in programming using Top Down, Event Driven, and object oriented paradigms.
• Ability to work in a fast paced ever changing environment.
• Position requires a current TS/SCI w/ Polygraph Clearance.
