Shipping Clerk/Parts Clerk
ATI Performance Products Inc., manufacturer of high performance parts used exclusively in the automotive racing industry is seeking a FULL TIME PARTS COUNTER & SHIPPING CLERK. ATI is an established name in racing for 35 years. We ship our products worldwide and are a proud Baltimore, MD based business.
The Parts & Shipping Clerk at ATI utilizes our in-house computer system to assist in all aspects of position. This position works with several different departments to manage, pack & ship orders.
Duties, skills and requirements for position include (but not limited to):
• Pulling parts for outgoing orders (use pick tickets)
• VERIFYING accuracy of parts for shipping
• Preparing and package parts for shipping
• Prepare documents for shipment via UPS and freight/common carrier.
Applicants with AUTOMOTIVE PARTS and SHIPPING experience requested, however we are willing to train right applicant with related skills. This is not a standard forklift operator, warehouse worker position... must have computer skills and critical thinking skills.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ABILITY TO HUSTLE IS ESSENTIAL IN THIS POSITION!!!

Work Schedule: Mon-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm. NO evenings/nights. NO weekends.

Requirements:
• Prior experience with AUTOMOTIVE PARTS and familiarity with UPS WORLDSHIP SYSTEM helpful, but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry 50-70lbs.
• MUST be COMPUTER LITERATE (and have proficient/accurate typist skills)
• Must be MOTIVATED, HONEST and RELIABLE.
• Must work well with others and have discipline to work unsupervised.
• Must be detail oriented and willing to learn from mistakes (not repeat them!)
• Must have reliable weekday transportation.
