ITT Intelligence Solutions (IS), located in Annapolis Junction, MD, has proudly served the Intelligence Community for over 24 years. Our high ethical and technical standards, engineering proficiency, and mission-focused efforts have allowed us to grow consistently.
The candidate shall be an experienced Network Engineer. Duties will include but not limited to: System and Network Testing for network shaping tools, Programming/scripting (C/C++, Java, UNIX/Linux shell scripting), System testing and evaluation, system test procedure development, requirements analysis, technical data interpretation and analysis, and technical solution evaluation. Required Experience: Bachelors Degree in Science, Math, Engineering and 10-12 years
*Candidate must have a minimum of ten (10) years experience in the planning, design, development, implementation and technical support of multi-platform, multi-system networks to encompass diagnosing network performance shortcoming and designing and implementing performance improvements.
*ten (10) years experience designing and implementing networks utilizing the following network operating systems: Windows NT/2000/XP, UNIX, and LINUX.
*significant experience providing and implementing network infrastructures and must have experience developing, operating, and managing networks required to operate in a secure PKI, IPSEC, or VPN enabled environments.
*CCNA certified at the Associate level with a preference to be professionally certified in Network Security (CCSP), Network Design (CCDP), and/or Touting & Switching (CCNP).
Required Experience:
*Ability to lead technical information exchanges within and across organizations.
*Ability to create system test plans based on requirements documents, execute test cases based on system test plans, and create comprehensive end-of-test reports based on the results of the test case execution.
*Ability to decompose medium to large systems.
*Ability to translate customer needs and requirements (often abstract) into concrete system level test cases.
*Ability to articulate goals and objectives based on customer requirements and craft strategies and develop solutions for achieving them.
*Effectively communicate customer data flow requirements to analysts and developers.
*Experience with TCP/IP networking is Mandatory. Clearance Level Required TS/SCI with Poly Minimum Education Requirements BS/BA Degree or Equivalent Percent of Travel Required Less than 25% Work Status Full-Time
