Access Control Tech will provide Access Control Support (ACS) services to include monitoring and controlling personnel and property admitted to the customer's facilities. Additionally, ACS personnel will accompany and/or closely monitor the activities of the uncleared visitor(s) and/or worker(s) to whom the ACS is assigned. Screen and manage personnel admitted to the facilities assuring personnel have the requisite security clearances. Ensure that all categories of personnel (government, contractor, and visitor) are wearing proper identification badges in the prescribed manner at all times. Responsible for maintaining records and submitting reports in accordance to customer requirements. Report infractions immediately to the Eagle Alliance CSSO. Monitor/respond to alarms and video in accordance to standard operating procedures. Perform limited escort duty for appropriate personnel assuring that they do not come in contact with classified spaces or material. Always assure punctuality in reporting to your assigned post/position. Always provide adequate notice in the event you cannot make a scheduled work assignment. Always maintain a well groomed appearance while representing Northrop Grumman Technical Services.
Basic Qualifications: Qualified candidates must possess a TS/SCI with Polygraph, High school education, effective communications skills, and a basic understanding of MS Office products particularly Excel.
