We have a very strong growth opportunity to join an expanding commercial real estate company as their number one financial person. This role will be tasked with working side by side with the President to oversee all aspects of property accounting, back office operations, financial reporting, managing banking relationships, as well as some AR/AP responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and hard working and able to work independently and have the ability and energy to grow with the company. To be considered you should have strong Excel skills and commercial real estate accounting experience. Experience with MRI accounting software and Quickbooks Pro would be ideal as well as having a CPA and/or MBA. Compensation will be in the $70K-$80K plus bonus.
