Our client is seeking a Property Accountant that will complete:
* All GL work
* Variance analysis
* Budget work
* Closing the books
* Handling any audits of properties
* May handle 1-2 mall properties or 10-15 office properties

Candidates must have relevant experience. Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar property accounting experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned. Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus.
