QinetiQ North America is seeking a Project Manager to work on an upcoming program. Qualifications:
Required Professional Experience: * Eight (8) years experience in managing medium ($50M -$150M) to large ($150M+) integration projects or software development efforts, two (2) years of which shall have been on NSA projects. At least five (5) years of this experience shall have occurred within the past ten (10) years. * Six (6) years experience in working with the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and DoD 5000 series regulations. * Three (3) years experience in the SIGINT environment. * Three (3) years experience managing NSA, other Intelligence Community or Department of Defense (DoD)-sponsored task order contracts. * Five (5) years experience in detailed management and oversight of a Contractor or Government team, including conducting requirements analysis, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring and reporting. * Five (5) years experience reviewing and analyzing financial expenditure reports. * Demonstrated experience managing projects using CMMI and agile and/or spiral development models. * Three (3) years experience managing contracts (greater than $50 million) utilizing TTOs. * Experience managing multiple subcontractors. * Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent (DAWIA Level 3 in Program Management is an acceptable equivalent per Q3-10). * Experience implementing NSIA/EIA 748, or NSA Policy 8-6 compliant programs. * Experience in providing cost management, schedules, proposals and other related high-level administrative or technical operations/activities. * Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph Clearance

Desired Education: * A Bachelor’s Degree in a related Technical Field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Management, etc) is highly desired which will be considered equivalent to two (2) years experience in managing medium to large integration projects or software development efforts.
