Part Time Field Representative (Sports Marketing/Events/Promotions)
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain the LED video displays and rotational signage at Camden Yards and M&T Bank Stadium. Maintain inventory of spare parts, placing orders with Operation Manager for the warehouse as necessary to replenish supplies and shipping back bad parts when needed. Coordinate with Operations Manager and Tech Support Team to meet the wants and needs of the team and building for games and other building events. Communicate effectively and regularly with the Operations Manager, Tech Support Team and the Account Executive assigned to the team. Ensure that timesheets and operations reports are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours after each game/event. Represent us locally in a capable, professional manner.
Requirements:
Familiar with the operation of a personal computer and the Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7 environment. The successful candidate will learn to operate VisionSOFT. Basic computer hardware setup skills and server knowledge. Basic mechanical and electrical knowledge. Ability to work and interact effectively with sales, operations, and technology departments. Attention to detail with good organizational skills and problem solving abilities. Team player who has effective interpersonal skills. Ability to travel if necessary to work at special events, demos, installations, etc. is helpful but not necessary. Willing to travel for special events
