Mortgage Recruiter
NFM, Inc., a National Lender, is actively seeking a former Loan Officer, Branch Manager, or Whole Sale Account Executive who would like to apply their knowledge of the mortgage banking industry to locating and placing talented candidates for employment with our company. In order to succeed as a Mortgage Recruiter, you’ll need existing contacts with loan officers and branch managers in the industry, an entrepreneurial mindset, a solid understanding of loan origination, a desire to work independently, and can speak the “industry language."
All of our recruiters enjoy a uniquely structured residual income program that includes a salary plus bonuses that will give you maximum job flexibility plus the opportunity to earn a six figure income. We will train.
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing candidates from your own network and resources,
- Pre-qualifying potential candidates,
- Maintaining strong candidate relationships.
Requirements:
Job Requirements:
- Previously held a position as a loan officer, branch manager, or whole sale account executive in the retail mortgage industry.
- The ability to make at least 25 + cold calls per day to contacts, generate new leads, and utilize provided leads.
- A thorough understanding of the origination side of the residential mortgage industry and its processes.
- Must be able to travel when necessary.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Special Requirements: This job will require a criminal background and credit check.
