Manager - Nursing Department: Pediatrics Schedule: Regular Full-time (40 hours per week) Shift: Hours: Job Details: - American Heart Association - Health Care Provider BLS - PALS - 3-5 years experience is required
Insures adequate human and material resources by coordinating the clinical and administrative activities of the designated area through planning, budgeting and evaluation within the shared governance model. 24/7 Within scope of this job function, the individual will be exposed to blood borne pathogens and hazardous materials. The individual will be required to wear protective and infection preventive gear as masks, gowns, and/or latex gloves. Bachelor`s degree in Nursing or health related field required. Master degree preferred. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Maryland Board of Nursing. Three(3) to five (5) years nursing experience in specialty; Three (3) to five (5) years progressive leadership experience. CPR certification.
