Our company is a fast-paced, dynamic company on a mission empower athletes everywhere. Our International Product team is looking for an Apparel Safety to support our fast growing Japanese business! This is a fast-paced, highly interactive role that involves all aspects of managing the product and merchandising initiatives for the Japan Team as well as supporting the Director of International Merchandising.

What will I do at this company?
Work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with teammates - each day is different!
Communicate closely with the team in Japan on the details of the product line and managing projects as needed
Assist Product Managers with preparation for presentations (samples, models, PowerPoint) and provide visuals/handouts for catalogs, sales binders, sell sheets, hang tags, etc.
Work with Product Managers to analyze the competitive landscape (position, pricing structure, assortments, flow, technology, distribution channels) and our product performance (best/worst, color, size, productivity).
Manage Product Data Management System.
Coordinate consumer research efforts and focus groups.
Conduct apparel wear tests for identified products and summarize test results.
Recruit models.
Coordinate travel and create itineraries for the VP.
Complete and submit Expense Reports, as needed.
What does this company need from me?
BA / BS degree from an accredited four-year university or college.
Minimum 1-year experience working in a sports and/or retail related industry.
Fluent Japanese speaking, reading and writing is required
Strong computer and analytical skills.
Outstanding organizational and communication skills
High energy level, motivated, disciplined and proven leadership ability.
