An Install Account Executive is tasked with selling Honeywell Building Controls, and Automation installed system solutions, to the new construction and design build marketplace. The role requires actively targeting an audience which includes: consulting engineers, construction managers, mechanical & electrical contractors. The primary focus is identifying opportunities and coordination the selling strategy for a projects team within the Baltimore, MD branch of HBS. A strong technical aptitude selling HVAC, Building Solutions or IT Infrastructure is highly desirable.
General Job Duties · Developing business plans and meeting overall financial objectives · Interfacing with, and calling on, all levels of the architecture, engineering and contractor markets · Presenting technical solutions with a focused strategy relating to the clients business objectives · Grow the territory of the Baltimore, MD branch profitably Basic Qualifications · High School Diploma · 2 years of experience in the HVAC, Building Technology or Building Solution industry · 1 year of product or solution sales experience · Drivers license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications · Ability to develop and execute prospecting and account plans · Bachelor's degree · Excellent prospecting skills which includes the ability to identify and seek out new business · Technical application experience with HVAC Controls, Fire & Life Safety Systems and/or Integrated Security Solutions · Experience working with mechanical and/or electrical contractors within the Baltimore/DC area
