Technology Associates is seeking a Functional SAP Analyst to work in Annapolis, Maryland. The selected candidate for this position is expected to provide expert level business process guidance on client's ERP SAP requirements and design. This position requires experience in designing/configuring business processes in SAP HR to handle personnel administration (i.e. awards, leave and training requests), personal time management (i.e. personnel time recording, civilian time and attendance, interfaces to payroll, military muster), employee self service/manager's desk top (i.e. leave request, contact information, time approval, workflow), display and management of organizational structures, personnel development (individual development plan creation and monitoring, civilian appraisals/awards, qualification/certification profiles), and training and events management. Specific Duties: * Providing functional expertise to confirm/develop business requirements definition. * Providing configuration, data migration, interface support, and functional support as necessary. Assisting in the design of interfaces, conversion programs, and enhancements. * Developing and maintaining systems documentation including business process procedures, functional design specifications, process flows, and test cases. * Supporting development of training work products and respond to trainer questions. * Defining user authorization requirements Providing post go-live help desk support, assisting and resolving end user support problems, resolving system defects ("break/fix"), analyzing proposed improvements or changes to the client's ERP solution and system; Preparing/conducting briefings, demos or training sessions. Required Skills: * Knowledge of business process in WFM functional areas being implemented. * Expertise in business requirement development and documentation. * 5+ years of experience in design/configuration of SAP modules being. * 5+ implemented. * Knowledge and expertise in all phases of development and deployment lifecycle Federal experienced desired (DOD experience preferred).
