Configuration ManagerTracking Code7273-237Job Description TASC is seeking an Configuration Manager to join our Cyber Services Operating Unit at Fort Meade, Maryland. The Cyber Services Operating Unit delivers comprehensive systems, solutions, and technical services to the intelligence community, and other industries that depend on protecting privacy, and keeping data secure. The unit delivers value and innovation through expert systems engineering and integration, software development, enterprise architecture and design, intelligence operations and analysis support, information operations support, and systems development and communications integration. The selected candidate: Plans and coordinates preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met; Reviews contract to determine documentation required for each phase of project, applying knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes; Analyzes proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system; Coordinates modification records for management control; Establishes change orders and prepares for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor; and, reviews and analyzes released engineering change data and coordinates changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control uired Skills Although not mandatory, it is desired that the candidate have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business Management, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Management, Program Management etc).Required Experience The candidate must have: * Ten (10) years relevant work experience including configuration management experience serving in a similar capacity and in an environment with tasks of similar scope, complexity, and technical (10) years experience working with development teams and project managers to develop and maintain configuration baselines (development, test, production, etc.) supporting complex systems and project engineering development and support models. * Five (5) years in detailed management and oversight of a team, including conducting requirements analysis, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring and reporting. * Seven (7) years using and administering CM tools to store, track, and manage configuration items. * Five (5) years experience with two or more commercial software products (e.g., JSMART, ClearCase, Razor, and TeamWare) used for configuration management. * Shall have demonstrated technical writing skills and have generated two (2) documents or have passed a course in technical writing. * Five (5) years direct experience with intelligence community or signals intelligence activity. * DESIRED: Experience in the Agile Scrum LocationAnnapolis Junction, MD USPosition TypeFull-Time/Regular
