The Cleaning Authority is a national leader in the Residential Cleaning industry. We currently have 180 Franchisee’s who service 70,000 customer’s nation-wide. Our corporate office is located in Columbia, MD. We continue development and support of various proprietary web-based applications and services that address every management and operational function of the residential cleaning business for our nationwide franchise organization.
We are looking for a Business Analyst interested in a fun yet hard-working atmosphere, and someone who is friendly and personable, with a positive attitude. A successful candidate will have a great deal of initiative, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
In this capacity, you will identify business requirements, evaluate alternative solutions and translate solutions into design specifications suitable for the development or maintenance of applicable systems by Software Developers. You will develop and implement test plans. Executes test scenarios and documents system defects. Communicate with team, company, customers and vendors when changes occur. You will interface with client and stake-holders to support all areas of project development.
Requirements:
Requires experience with technical writing and business analysis working with Development teams using technologies that are Microsoft based and with knowledge of relational database environment, SQL Server preferred; excellent communication, interpersonal and consulting skills. Requires expertise with using Microsoft Windows, word processing and spreadsheet applications. and Microsoft Visio. Photoshop or similar graphics design/editing desired..
