BOOKKEEPER/ACCOUNTANT
Bookkeeper/Accountant - PART TIME/FLEXIBLE HOURS
Botanica Home is a retail interior design store located in Columbia, MD specializing in furniture, silk botanicals, accessories, lighting and gifts. We are seeking a PART TIME bookkeeper/accountant.
Candidate is responsible to assist owner in all aspects of bookkeeping including but not limited to daily sales, bank account and credit card reconciliations, A/P, A/R and payroll.
Excellent opportunity for responsible person interested in flexible hours and schedule. Estimated 20+ hours/week. Initial work schedule will require more hours until work stabilized.
Ideal candidate will have computer accounting skills utilizing Account Edge (MYOB) for Mac. Experience in Quickbooks will translate easily.
Administrative duties include filing, mailing, bank deposits, phone answering.
Requirements:
College Degree
At least 1 Year Experience in Bookkeeping or Accounting
Computer Accounting Skills including use of Account Edge for Mac (MYOB), Quickbooks or Comparable.
