An office furniture manufacturing company is in need of accounts payable clerk to fill an immediate opening. This is a Temp-Hire position, full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. The office is located downtown and they offer FREE PARKING!!!
Requirements:
- 3 years AP experience
- FULL knowledge of the invoice process (must know how to pay bills on time for discounts, the difference between a P.O. and a non-P.O., and be comfortable resolving any discrepencies on P.O.s)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The ability to meet deadlines
This position pays $14.50/hr temping, it will be more when it becomes permanent
