You don?t just represent ESI you also represent our strategic partners like HP, Cisco, Microsoft, Dell, Intel, Novell and dozens more industry giants. You help your clients navigate the entire technology lifecycle from strategic planning and procurement, to installation and configuration, to maintenance and support. It?s high-touch, constant interaction. We are currently recruiting for 2 Account Managers in Maryland. One would cover north of Columbia and the other would cover the D.C. Metro ponsibilities
* Develop and submit to management an annual sales business plan, including revenue and profit goals, targeted accounts, marketing strategies and other financial data as required and updates this plan quarterly. * Reviews each month's performance and revises goals accordingly. * Gain a specified number of new accounts each month by effective marketing. * Attends a network-marketing event twice monthly (NCTC, Region2000, local Chambers, others). * Conducts targeted telemarketing campaigns. * Contribute to ESI?s growth through presenting ideas/concepts to your immediate supervisors about marketing programs, sales programs, customers, product line enhancements, new products, new services, and new partnerships. * Works with other divisions to participate in all cross-selling opportunities and to maximize selling potential within the company. Qualifications
* Bachelor?s degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of two years of progressive sales experience, in mid-market to enterprise level customer in Southwestern Virginia. * Punctual and competent with operational requirements such as forecasting, business planning, prospecting and managing vendor field relationships. * Self-directed, accountable, adapdtable and positive. * Valid driver?s license.
