Current Full-time Outpatient Registrar Opportunities:
40 hours per week 6:30am - 3pm
40 hours per week 10:30am - 7pm
The Outpatient Registrar performs reception and registration duties for the Ancillary Services and outpatient departments within the Outpatient Center. Collects all necessary data from patients, enters appropriate data into the computer, and procures signatures on applicable forms in order to process outpatients for the appropriate procedure(s) or areas. Schedules follow up appointments.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and a minimum of two (2) years of recent outpatient registration and scheduling experience in a hospital or medical office setting. Previous experience required with knowledge of medical insurance, third party payor, and medical terminology. Must meet keyboarding skills of 30 wpm. Must obtain CPR certification within sixty (60) days of hire.
